• Bruce, I just wanted you to know that after I had a crazy week in real estate and I am at my wit's end...all I keep thinking is that I really chose to work with the right company. I had a tough situation to go through with my client this week, coordinating selling, buying, financing, closings, and inspection problems which all came together at once and got really stressful for her and for me. But Kim Fisk gave me a pep talk, Claudette calmed me down and offered her help, and Steve came through and calmed down my client.
  
  My client emailed me and thanked me for all the help, and I wrote back and reminded her of the first time we got together and did the listing presentation. I always talk about how great Pinnacle is, how we work together and support each other, instead of competing with each other. So it was good that she actually got to see what I was talking about. Hopefully we will be able to move through the rest of this contract mess with a little less stress, but at least she knows we are there for her when these issues come up.
  
  I just wanted to thank you for all that you do to foster this great atmosphere at Pinnacle.
