Pinnacle Realty offers multi level training opportunities designed to provide our agents with the fundamental building blocks to create a sound foundation on which to build their business. Our goal is to assist agents build their business and grow as a professional.

TIER 1: Agents new to real estate, or new to our area,* attend a three day training program designed to learn new skills, sharpen acquired skills, and master the real estate forms.

Day one familiarizes agents with the philosophy of the company, the goals of the broker, and the current state of the market. The afternoon is devoted to initial paragon training, and information on our relocation services, commercial business, and financing.

Day two begins with a short presentation of office procedures and paperwork requirements for Pinnacle transactions. The remainder of the morning focuses on prospecting and building a data base. The afternoon session is devoted to the listing presentation, marketing your listing, and how to complete all the necessary forms for the transaction.

Day three provides information on dealing with buyers, determining their needs, getting them preapproved, filling out the contract, and negotiating the deal. *(note: any Pinnacle agent is welcome to attend any session or parts of session to refresh and hone areas of their choice)

Upon completion of the three day training, all new agents are assigned a coach to provide them with one-on-one assistance as they begin their career.

TIER 2: Pinnacle agents can avail themselves of a course that systematically shows how to build your business. Pinnacle Realty is proud to house 2 of the 11 Certified Buffini Trainers in the state of New York and we offer the Buffini "100 Days to Greatness" program to our agents. This program is geared toward:

· Lead generation

· Building a thriving business by referral

· Increasing earning power

· Providing excellent customer service

· Strengthen practical selling skills

· Build relationships and close more sales

TIER 3: Continuing education is provided in the form of short 1 hour educational modules offered throughout the year. Topics range form standards like: agency, constructing a CMA, using "postlets", supreme open house, to timely market matters like: short sales, foreclosures, changes in MLS documents, new laws, the mortgage market etc.
